Meet irl was founded after years of hearing their friends despair about their experiences with modern dating.
They believe that dating should be an enjoyable experience - not one that leaves us feeling despondent or exhausted. Through building a community of Chicagoans that are looking to date with intention, they have been on a mission to facilitate introductions that provide quality connections & romantic potential, without the admin involved with dating apps.
What the client needed —
A website to help their users better connect with their brand and expand their outreach. A homepage that could give a better understand of what meet irl is all about and how people can get involved with their upcoming events.

A Website To Help Grow Their User Base
There we're a few main points Penny wanted to drive home when we we're mapping out the website. She wanted to increase the subscribers to her mailing list - and also try to engage more men. The mailing list was her main point of contact to getting people out to events and the events we're typically a 70/30 split women to men. So we designed around those two main points.
The colors chosen we're still engaging to a younger crowd, but not too loud to continue to engage their older user base as well.

The Results
Their user base has been steadily increasing as well as traffic to the website. They have been since featured on WGN Chicago's morning show which has also drove more traffic to the website. Their brand and identity has strengthened by adding this digital asset to their arsenal.
